Yes, today is the International Day of Forests, and while we're admiring the multitude of plant life that create these amazing habitats, we can also see lots of our forest and woodland animal friends while we're exploring the different levels of the forest world. 🌲🌳🌿🌼 We know that the canopy above supports a lot of life among the leaves, which in turn protects the smaller plant species below, providing even more cover and comfort for the lower level and ground dwellers who live in the dappled and darker parts. Forests can teem with life, just like a wonderfully wild animal apartment complex, complete with free fresh fruit and veggies available, and even prized penthouse suites!! 🦅🦉🦧🐿️🐜🐝😺 There's no obligation to post images.
