All of the world's big cats are under pressure and struggle to maintain their populations, but tigers are the most at risk across their habitats. Thankfully, due to tireless efforts by conservationists of some countries, their numbers are steady (eg. Thailand), or, in the cases of the Bengal tigers of India and Nepal, and the Siberian (aka Amur) tigers of Russia and China, numbers are making optimistic gains. Today, we're going to celebrate the day created to help raise awareness of these facts, and create our own 'streak' of tigers!
