As time has passed and technology has allowed us to look beyond our own planet, and then beyond our solar system, many mysteries about what's 'out there' still remain! Today, we're not just allowed to, but are actually being encouraged to stick out our tongues....which is something that will also help us to enjoy our ice cream!! 😛🍦 For a bit of background on how these 'special day' themes came about, the origin of Stick Out Your Tongue Day is unknown, but a fun bit of tongue-poke trivia is that it's considered a polite greeting by the people of Tibet!! It's thanks to a proclamation by President Ronald Reagan on July 15, 1984, that we have Ice Cream Sunday! It was only supposed to have been for that year, but the ice cream industry decided to keep it going on the third Sunday of each July. So, let's see lots of very cheeky critters poking their tongues, and enough delicious serves of ice cream to give us all brain freeze!! 😛🤭🍨😋😯😉🤣😺 There's no obligation to post images.
