Today, just imagine that it's actually cool outside and the warmth in the house is simply from a nice fire burning in a hearth to warm the home....but if that's too much of a stretch, you can at least have the sorts of foods countries like Australia now consider 'traditional' for celebrating the season in warm weather! Meanwhile, down here, there will be people taking the opportunity to sample the sort of fare that our Northern friends would be enjoying for a typical cold-weather Christmas meal!! Some spend their lives quite close to the surface and are even seen to be quite playful, while others can hold their breath for long enough to reach incredible depths before returning to the surface for air. As time has passed and technology has allowed us to look beyond our own planet, and then beyond our solar system, many mysteries about what's 'out there' still remain!
