Today, we're going to take a look at the 5 rhino species that live across South Africa (2 species) and Asia (3 species), which are some of their oldest groups of mammals. After populations were decimated throughout the 20th century, due to  current conservation efforts, three of the five species have recorded increasing numbers. To mark the day ourselves, let's see some images of rhinos and maybe a bit of rhino-themed fun too, and perhaps share some interesting information as well. 🤩🦏🦏🦏 It is also the day of the September equinox for our US friends, so feel free to also share things about it being the astronomical start of Fall!
