An adelie penguin leaping....
It's Penguin Awareness Day, so about the only thing that will 'fly' here today will be penguins, penguins and more penguins!! 😉😄 Our flightless feathered friends are best known for their incredible survival abilities in the deep freeze of the Antarctic continent and it's icy surrounds, but they can be found in a variety of climates, with one species, the Galapagos penguins, living as far North of the Galapagos Islands, which puts them North of the equator!! Now, it's time to check out all kinds of images, memes and gifs of the many different species of these marvellous, monochromatic birds!! 🐧🐧🐧😺 There's no obligation to post images.
